Scheduling your appointment is simple—adults can choose between an in-person consultation at our Apple Valley office or a virtual consultation from the comfort of home.

For children’s appointments, all consultations are conducted in-office to provide hands-on care and diagnostics. These assessments help determine if your child is ready for treatment or may require additional care.

How It Works

1. Select Your Consultation Type:

• Adults: Choose between an in-person or video consultation.

• Children: Schedule an in-person consultation.

2. Schedule Your Appointment:
Use the scheduling tool below to select a date and time that works best for you.

3. Complete Forms:
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with links to our New Patient Form and Health History Form. Please complete and submit these at least 24 hours before your appointment.

4. Prepare for Your Appointment:
Gather any questions or concerns you’d like to discuss during your consultation.

Rescheduling or Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees and help us accommodate other patients.
